Weekly Sabar Classes
Discover the powerful rhythms and movements of traditional Senegalese Sabar dance, accompanied by live percussion.
In these classes you will learn:
Traditional Sabar techniques
Different rhythms and dance vocabulary
Musicality and communication with live drummers
Improvisation and personal expression
Contemporary influences from today’s Senegalese dance scene
